By The NFL has announced that Kansas City Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker III is a nominee for the 2026 NFL Channel Midseason Awards. The reigning Super Bowl MVP is nominated for Offensive Player of the Year after an explosive start to his Chiefs tenure.
Beginning Sunday, November 8, and continuing through Sunday, November 15, fans can vote across nine different categories to determine the league’s top performers through the first half of the season. Throughout the week, viewers can scan the QR code displayed daily on NFL Channel to access the voting page and make their selections. Additionally, NFL Media talent will share their picks and debate the leading candidates.

Walker has recorded 770 rushing yards, 6 rushing touchdowns, and 131 receiving yards entering Week 9. The winners will be revealed on Sunday, November 15, at 7 p.m. CT on NFL GameCenter Live ahead of Pittsburgh Steelers-Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football.
On Wednesday, November 11, a special edition of NFL Pro with Brett Kollmann and Trevor Sikkema streams at 4 p.m. CT on NFL Channel, examining the candidates for each award.
