By The Sindh government has launched the Khidmat-e-Sindh App, a digital platform that allows citizens to register complaints and seek solutions to public service issues without visiting government offices.
Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nihal Hashmi formally launched the application, revealing that 65 federal and provincial government departments have been connected to the platform. Citizens can submit complaints directly through their mobile phones to the relevant authorities.
The governor said the initiative aims to ensure timely resolution of public grievances and improve accountability across government institutions. Concerned departments will be responsible for addressing complaints, while users can track the status and progress of their submissions online.
During a briefing, Principal Secretary to the Governor Dr. Syed Saifur Rehman said the application would cover complaints related to various issues, including crime, sanitation and other public services. The governor added that government departments had worked together to develop the platform and improve access to public services.
