After failing to three-peat, many fans raised concerns about the age of the players on the Los Angeles Dodgers, and they have some important decisions to make in the offseason.
With Miguel Rojas and Kiké Hernández hitting the open market, the Dodgers could be in the market for a utility player who can serve as depth, but also fill in as a regular when injuries occur. Bleacher Report's Kerry Miller predicted they would sign Mauricio Dubón.
Dubón won his third career Gold Glove Award as a utility player for the Atlanta Braves this season. He is capable of playing shortstop, second base, third base and all three outfield spots.
"At any rate, Freddie Freeman is 37, Max Muncy is 36, and Mookie Betts and Teoscar Hernández are both 34," wrote Miller. "Planning on them playing in a combined total of anywhere close to 600 games in 2027 would certainly be a decision."

The Dodgers are an older team and got crushed by a young Milwaukee Brewers team in the postseason. They dealt with a ton of injuries through the year, and despite an elite pitching staff, the offense could not do enough to win in October.
Dubón slashed .276/.321/.399 last season and has plenty of experience in the big leagues. he has also played in 23 big league games.
If Dubón is interested in staying in a utility role, the Dodgers would be a great landing spot. However, if he wants to be a starter and stick with one position, the Dodgers would likely be his last choice.
