By The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has introduced a centralized digital Ticketing Hub to streamline investor queries, requests and follow-up with government institutions.
The platform provides investors with a single channel to submit requests and track their progress through different stages of the facilitation process. It also allows relevant cases to be monitored and followed up through a structured workflow.
The system is designed to improve coordination between SIFC and government departments handling investor-related matters. Investors can also use the platform to stay updated on the status of their submitted requests.
The initiative is part of SIFC’s broader efforts to use digital tools to improve investor facilitation, communication and case management.
